RECIPE SPECIAL LAYER CAKES

How to Make a Layer Cake Pandan:   Combine flour, sugar, coconut milk kanil, salt and suji leaf extract. Stir well. Prepare a baking sheet and spread with oil, then heat the pan in the steamer. Insert the dough about 1 tablespoon vegetable. Flatten. Leave until half cooked. Repeat until the dough runs out. Steam for 30 minutes. Remove and serve.

Materials Needed Pandan Lapis ue:
  1. 250 grams of wheat flour 
  2. 400 ml coconut milk 
  3. 100 grams of sugar 
  4. 1 tsp salt 
  5. Suji leaves 10 (mashed and squeezed the water) 
  6. 3 tablespoons cooking oil

  4. 1 tsp salt 
  5. 4 tablespoons of cooking oil 
How to Make a Layer Cake Ketan: 

Combine all ingredients. Stir until blended. Prepare a baking sheet and apply oil. Heat. Put a little batter into the pan, smooth. Steamed. Repeat until the dough runs out. Steam for 30 minutes. Remove and serve.

Lapis Legit Cake Ingredients Special:
  1. 30 egg yolks 
  2. 250 grams of refined sugar 
  3. 3 tablespoons of milk powder 
  4. 50 grams of cake flour, sifted 
  5. 350 grams of butter 
  6. 150 grams of margarine 
How to make Cake Lapis Legit Special

Mix butter, margarine and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Enter the egg yolks one at a time while continuing to beat until white and fluffy dough.
Add milk powder and flour gradually while continuing to be shaken evenly. 
Pour a ladle of the batter in the baking pan that has been lined baking sheet and spread with margarine. Bake in the oven with the fire on for 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven, press-press cake using a special tool to the surface of the cake evenly. Pour another 1 tablespoon vegetable mixture over the first layer. Bake again for 5 minutes to fire up. Do the same process until the dough runs out. If the dough has been exhausted and the coating process is complete, bake the cake in the oven to fire up and down the fire until cooked. Remove and serve.
